What we do at every service
The same comprehensive checklist at every visit, whether you are on an agreement or booking a single service.
- Inspect the air blower and clean or replace its filter
- Test the pump, alarm and float switches
- Replenish the chlorine tablets
- Measure the sludge levels in the tanks
- Test the treated effluent for pH, chlorine and clarity
- Inspect the irrigation area and sprinklers
- Lodge the service report (Form 11) with your council
- Send you a copy of the report
Do I need to be home?
No. We contact you before each service falls due to arrange a suitable day. We need only safe access to the plant and the irrigation area: gates unlocked, dogs secured, and the lids and control box clear of garden beds, mulch, pavers and furniture.
One annual payment, a full year of servicing
$340 a year, paid upfront, covers four scheduled services over 12 months. That is $60 less than four standalone services.
Included
- 4 scheduled services over 12 months, approximately every three months
- Chlorine tablets for your chlorinator at every service
- Form 11 service report lodged with your council after every service, with a copy emailed or texted to you
- Alarm, pump, blower and irrigation checks, and routine water tests, at every visit
- A reminder before each service falls due
Not included
- Repairs, replacement parts and additional work. We explain what is required and obtain your approval first.
- Callouts outside your scheduled services (from $120)
- Pump-outs and desludging, and electrical work that requires a licensed electrician

No automatic renewal
Before the agreement ends, we send you a renewal offer with next year’s price. You are under no obligation to accept it.

Your Form 11, lodged on your behalf
Queensland councils require treatment plants to be serviced regularly by a licensed service technician. After each service, a service report (Form 11) is submitted to your council.
As the owner, you are responsible for keeping the system maintained. We make this straightforward: we complete the Form 11 after every service, lodge it with your council and send you a copy, so there is nothing further for you to arrange.
Systems we service
We service Taylex, FujiClean, Biocycle and other common home treatment plants. If you are unsure which system you have, tell us what is printed on the lid or the control box.

Servicing questions
How often does my plant need servicing?
For most home treatment plants in Queensland it is every three months, although your system’s approval sets the exact schedule. If yours differs, tell us and we will schedule to suit.
Link to this questionWhat happens if you cannot access the property on the day?
We will let you know and rebook. A second unsuccessful visit for the same service may be charged as a callout, so please ensure the gate is unlocked and any dogs are secured.
Link to this questionWhat if something needs fixing at a service?
We will explain what we found and provide a quote. We do not carry out extra work or fit parts without your approval, except to make the system safe in an emergency.
Link to this questionCan I cancel the agreement?
Yes, at any time, and we refund what you have paid, less $100 for each service already completed. The agreement applies to the treatment plant at your property, so if you sell or move, the remaining services stay with the property for the new owner and are not refunded.
