FujiClean systems use Japanese treatment technology in a compact, lightweight tank, and they are supplied in Australia from the Gold Coast. We service and repair FujiClean systems across South East Queensland.
How a Fuji Clean system works
A FujiClean tank holds several treatment chambers containing filter media. A small, quiet blower supplies the air, and air-lift pumps move water between the chambers, so there are fewer moving parts in the tank itself. The treated water is disinfected before it goes to your irrigation or dispersal area.
Because the design differs from a typical concrete aerated plant, servicing involves checking the media chambers, the air-lift flow and the blower output, as well as the usual sludge, chlorine and effluent tests.

Yes. FujiClean systems are a regular part of our servicing work, including the blower, air-lift returns and media chambers.

The blower feeds air to the treatment chambers and powers the air-lift pumps that move water through the system. If it fails, treatment slows quickly, so a blower fault is worth a prompt call.
