Three things we promise
Your price is locked
While your agreement is renewed on time, we will not increase your Founding price, even if our standard agreement price goes up.
It moves with you
The lock belongs to you, not the property. Move to another home with a treatment plant inside our service area and your agreement, your remaining term and your price come with you.
30 days to renew
Your agreement ends 12 months after it starts. Renew within 30 days after it ends and you keep your Founding price, with a fresh 12-month term from the day you renew.
Worth knowing: the lock covers the annual service agreement price only. Callouts, repairs, parts, pump-outs and pre-purchase inspections are charged at our normal rates. If you let it lapse beyond the 30 days, the Founding price cannot be taken up again and the place is not reissued.
How to claim a place
Get in touch
Call us, or send an enquiry with your address and the type of treatment plant you have. Places go in the order agreements are signed and paid.
Sign on your phone
We text you the agreement, the Founding Customer terms and the invoice. Review your details and sign on screen, with nothing to print or post.
Pay and you are in
Once your agreement is signed and paid, your Founding place is held in your name.
Founding Customer terms
These terms sit alongside your Annual Service Agreement and are signed with it. The same terms are in the PDF above.
1. Places
The Founding price is open to the first 50 customers who sign and pay. One place per customer. Residential home treatment plants only.

While your agreement is renewed on time, we will not increase your Founding price, even if our standard agreement price goes up.
4. The price follows you, not the property
The lock belongs to the customer named on the agreement. If you move, you can move your agreement and your Founding price to your new home, as long as it has a treatment plant and is inside our service area. Your remaining term carries over. The lock covers one home at a time.
5. Selling or leaving the old home
The new owner does not inherit your Founding price. They are welcome to take out a standard agreement.
6. Renewal and grace period
Your agreement ends 12 months after it starts. You have 30 days after it ends to renew and keep your Founding price. A renewal in that window starts a new 12-month term from the day you renew, still at the Founding price.
7. If it lapses
If you do not renew within the 30 days, the agreement ends and the Founding price is lost. You can still take out an agreement at the standard price then in force. The Founding price cannot be taken up again, and the place is not reissued.
8. What is not locked
The lock covers the annual service agreement price only. Callouts, repairs, parts, pump-outs and pre-purchase inspections are charged at our normal rates.
9. Moving out of area, or to a home with no plant
The agreement ends and we refund the unused services at $

The Founding price cannot be sold, assigned or passed to another person.
