Biocycle servicing and repairs

Biocycle aerated systems are installed on many homes across South East Queensland. We service them every three months, repair blowers, pumps and alarms, and lodge your Form 11 with council after every visit.

How a Biocycle system works

Biocycle systems are aerated wastewater treatment systems. Solids settle and start breaking down in the first chamber. In the aeration chamber, a blower pushes air through diffusers so bacteria can treat the water. A clarifier lets the last of the solids settle out, then the treated water is disinfected with chlorine and pumped to your irrigation area.

Not sure what your alarm is telling you? Read what to check first, or see how to look after your plant.

Every three months is standard for aerated systems in Queensland, with a Form 11 service report lodged with your council after each service.

Do I need to be home for a Biocycle service?

No. We just need safe access to the tank, the control box and the irrigation area: gates unlocked, dogs secured, and the lids clear.
