Systems we serviceSupertreat servicing and repairs
We service Supertreat treatment systems across South East Queensland, keeping them compliant and running the way they should.
How a Supertreat system works
Like most home aerated wastewater treatment systems (AWTS), a Supertreat system treats wastewater in stages. Solids settle and start breaking down in the first chamber. In the aeration chamber, a blower pushes air through diffusers so bacteria can treat the water. A clarifier lets the last of the solids settle out, then the treated water is disinfected with chlorine and pumped to your irrigation area.

InspectionsSupertreat questions
Do you service Supertreat systems?
Yes. We service and repair Supertreat systems and lodge your Form 11 with council after each service.
Link to this questionMy Supertreat smells. Is that normal?
A well-running system should not smell strongly. Odours usually point to an aeration problem, such as a blower or diffuser fault, or a sludge build-up, so it is worth having it checked.
